What we collect
Account. Your email address, your name, and a profile photo if you add one. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the details you agree to share with us.
Your study material. Notes, files, photos and pasted text you add; your exam date, goal and language choices; your onboarding answers; and the plans, lessons, flashcards, quizzes and tests made from them.
Tutor. Your questions, messages and any photos you send, and Lucito’s replies.
Progress. Steps you finish, card reviews, quiz and test answers, study time, mastery, streaks and Moments, so your plan picks up where you left off.
Subscription. Whether you have Lucito Pro and when it renews or ends. Apple handles payment; we never see your card.
Technical data. A push token and time zone if you allow reminders, plus the request logs, device and error information we need to run the service and stop abuse.
Why we hold it
To run the app: build and pace your plan, generate study content, answer Tutor questions, keep your progress, send the reminders you asked for, check your subscription, fix errors and answer support emails. We don’t use your information for advertising or profiling.
AI and your material
Before your first AI request, Lucito shows how AI uses your material and asks for your agreement. The parts of your material needed for a request are sent to Google’s Gemini API to create your study content and Tutor replies. Under Google’s paid API terms, this content isn’t used to train or improve Google’s models.
Please add your own study material only. Don’t upload patient records, passwords or other people’s private information.

No ad networks, data brokers or third-party analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account exists. Deleting a plan removes its files and the content made from it. Deleting your account removes your account and study data straight away; copies in backups and logs expire within 30 days. We may keep records we’re legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your information, or object to how we use it. Email support@lucitoai.com and we’ll answer within 30 days. Deleting your account in Settings is the fastest way to remove everything. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Lucito isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child under 13 has an account, email us and we’ll delete it.
Where the data sits
Lucito’s servers, database and file storage are in the United States, and Google processes AI requests in the United States. If you use Lucito from another country, your information is transferred there; where the law requires it, these transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the current version.
